Invoice McNabb, the previous chief government of US fund administration big Vanguard, has joined the board of UK wealth administration enterprise Tilney Smith & Williamson as a non-executive director.
McNabb was CEO of the low-cost asset supervisor between 2008 and 2017. He was employed by Jack Bogle, Vanguard’s founder, who interviewed and supplied McNabb his first job on the firm in 1986.
McNabb continued as chair of the Pennsylvania-headquartered agency till his retirement in 2018. Throughout his time on the helm, Vanguard launched its UK enterprise and world property underneath administration grew virtually five-fold to $5.3tn.
